Need Help for 2013. (Dads last hunt)

I am new to these forums so forgive me if I am not a pro at this but I am reaching out for some help.
I am looking for a Mule deer hunt for My father who turned 75 this year. He hunted Nevada With me this year and was unsuccessful.
He is in decent shape but can not climb the tall mountains that we find in a lot of the areas of Idaho where we live.
He came to me and asked me to find him a hunt for 2013 where he can shoot something around 180-200. He thinks this will be his last big hunt so he is willing to spend the money ( $3,000-$6,000) for a guide or a landowner tag but needs to be in an an area where he does not need to climb 3000 feet in elevation. I would rather have a DIY hunt with a landowner tag and take him myself but If anyone has been with a good guide that has some good bucks found I am all ears. Also He is willing to travel to any of the western states.
