Your computer probably has a photo deal that came with it. Mine came with HP Photo & Imaging. Go there and figure out how to get the photo there. Then, whatever you have, will have a deal called edit. Under it chose resize. When that opens, chose "Pixels" and set it to no more than 600 on the long side of the photo. Then do "save as" and calle it the same thing but add something like "@600 pic".

You'll need a graphics program to edit the file to make it a smaller size.

I haven't tried this site, but you could upload your very large photos here, it will then resize them down into a smaller size which you could save to your desktop, then attach them in your posts here.

Not sure what a graphics program is? I'd almost bet that the new camera came with a program that will re-size the photo's. I got one with my old Nikon D70, got another with my new Canon S5, got one with every photo printer I ever bought. Even got on with the new scanner I bought. I'm program poor and most are sitting on disc's in the cabnit. By the way, my scanner came with Photoshop Elements 5.0. Installed it, got my mind blown away trying to figure it out so uninstalled it and it's in the cabnit! (???)
