New Mexico Unit 30, 31

Hey guys I need some advice. I have access to two private tracts one is west of carlsbad and the other is on the texas line on the pecos river. There is alot of BLM and other public lands around the ranches. Which one of the units has the best chance of seeing a mature buck and the most remote country. Thanks for all the help.
