New Ranch

Well folks I am pretty excited. Looks like we a about to buy a new ranch right outside of Wellington Tx. It's 800 acres and a deer paradise. We spent about two hours out there and saw a ton of deer. It was about 1230 and the wind was howlin but we were jumpin deer everywhere. We are supposed to go look at it again next Thursday and proally make an offer.

Well its a no go on the Wellington Ranch, it literally sold out from under us. Oh well we found one in Turkey Texas that I like better neway. It is about 60 acres smaller but I like it better. I also has both whitetail and mule deer =D> . It has hogs, turkey and quail also. A year round spring fed creek runs through the bottom for a mile. It has four winter wheat fields that total about 100 acres and is 728 total. Keep your fingers crossed, we made an offer and they have till Monday to reply. [-o<

=D> we got it. we close next month. we are putting up a log cabin and barn soon as we close. cant wait.
