New rifle / first blood

We started our first session in a series of bottoms next to the river. Theres a little swampy finger that is full of briars and brush sticking out in the pasture. I set the caller 3/4 the way out and we set up in the wood line. I fired up the rodent distress. 5 minutes in i mixed in some yote pups in distress. I then went back to the rodent distress. This female came firing around the corner and stopped broadside. I let the .223 speak and the yote special got its first kill.

Thanks guys,
Just starting to target yotes specificly. I think i have all the tools needed now. Just need to figure out how to killem all.

Lots of thick stuff around here. Turkey gun will work on one too. Killed this one in a big block of planted pines 2 weekends ago. Turned the caller on low and it didnt take 2-min. and the came trotting down the road. Shot this one at about 5 yards.
