The 2009 proclamation of Utah is saying you have to take a online education course.
The only problem I found is that i cant find out How to get to the test. Does anyone have any information for me.

I beleive that you can't take the test till Feb. 1st. I think that is what I read on that anyways.... I will look it up again and see if I can find it.

Ive been looking for it also to take and I read the other night that they will post it sometime in the middle of Jan.

its pretty easy, if you get anything wrong in it you retake those certain ones over again till you get a 100%.
