New to Forum: Any Handgun Hunters out there?

I've never hunted them with a handgun either, but sounds challenging.

I remember watching a video a couple years ago wear a gentleman took a great muley with one. Believe it was LowLand Mulies series.

Andyhunter, ::wel to Muley Madness. You hunt in a great state. I haven't hunted Muleys with a handgun yet, but maybe someday.

Thanks! I have never hunted Mulies with a rifle, I enjoy the challange of getting in close I limit my shots to 250 yards! =;

This one was taken at 175 yards, but I had a great rest and the stalk was incredible! My buddy has it on tape for me, so I get to relive it all the time!

I love to take photos, so the camera is always with me, so here is a photo of the area that I took the deer in and one inside the chest cavity. The 375 JDJ blew a huge hole in the deer. He only took one shot and only travelled maybe 20 yards after the shot. needless to say, the guide was VERY impressed!

Congrats! You saw the Mulie in the picture! That is actually the one I harvested! i spoted him from about 600 yards away and then stalked him from there. He moved up out of the gully, but I was able to follow him and got him!

ya that kind of terrain is the kind i like to. the deer are right under your nose and ya cant see um lots of the times
