Nice Largemouth

Here's a couple pics of a Largemouth my brother caught earlier this week in Winchester Lake, ID!
He forgot his camera and is a HUGE catch-and-release guy, especially big hens like this one, so he kept it alive in a large bucket, raced home and took some pics, and then headed back to the lake to release it. It swam off without a hitch so now he has his pics for a replica mount he's having done and the bass is still there for someone else to enjoy catching.

Wow, congrats to your brother. That is one BIG Bass for sure.

very cool! i just spent the weekend fishing for smallmouth on the john day river. we caught a ton and a couple in the 4 1/2 lb range. but i have to wait for my wife to finish her weeks vacation over there to post pics

Great catch!!! Congrats to your brother. I caught one around the same size this year and when I was trying to get it into the boat it got wrapped up in the trolling motor and broke the line. It would have been my biggest bass... I am happy your brother had better luck than I did lol
