Night of Doves!

Now that the archery hunts are over I am getting my fix chasing the doves. He is a pic of a night of limiting out and my hunting partners.

Man, I sure used to love dove hunting! Haven't done it in many years. Never did use a basset hound for doves, though! :))

She is more of the family mascot dog. Pretty much goes where ever the other one does. The kids wanted both of them in the pic as well.

 Thanks, but you give me too much credit...that is my friends dad. I am in the orange with my trusty 870 express.

Haven't hunted any grouse yet. Too busy with chuckars and doves so far.

Great dove season, but very few chuckars were found in the fish and game survey at Brownlee reservoir this year. I didn't get into any chuckars (just a couple huns) on saturday when I went out.
