NONYA-Final Warning

I PM'd NONYA this morning after removing several posts in the whitetail section (cursing and typical NONYA attitude posts). Just so everyone is on the same page, below is the PM I sent him.......let the games begin!
NONYA:
I've removed several of your posts lately after several members made me aware of your posts, which violated board rules. Over the last year, I have tried to tell you nicely to please refrain from your harsh tone and cursing on the board.....yet you continue to post these types of threads. Enough is enough. This is your final warning. If this behavior continues, you'll be banned from the site.....which would be unfortunate, because at times you have some good information to share.
Please familiarize yourself with the board posting rules.....especially this one:
"You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit."
Terms like "Dumbass", "fatass", etc., are direct violations of the above rule. Also, demeaning folks for asking a question on a subject you don't agree with (baiting in the whitetail section) gives you no reason to ridicule them. If you don't agree with the topic (baiting), don't post on it! It's fairly simple.
Please consider this next time before you post. I'm sure in person you are probably a good guy who hunts hard, but your board etiquette needs some work. I hope you choose to try and help us (moderators) out in this area, as it will make our job easier.

Thoughts on the last 2 pages in this thread with MarkJones and Nonya?
Not exactly sure which thread Mark is referring to about being deleted, but he gets fired up about guys he doesn't like also. Can't say I blame him.
What should we do here, or should I just make the call.

NONYA's response was basically that the people he "jumps" on are "trolls". When I explained to him that many (most) are actual members who have been on the board for a while, he replied that if we want to ban him then ban him. I explained that is the last thing we "want" to do, but if he continues with his rude behavior that will be the outcome.
After that, his next few posts were much better.....until Mark got into it with him. I actually deleted one of Mark's posts, as he basically called him (NONYA) out and directed his displeasure towards him. Knowing the fight would be on, I removed the post before trouble began. Looks like it brewed anyway.
I say the very next rude or belittling remark made by NONYA he goes. He's definitely been warned...both on the open board and formally (PM). I understand guys get frustrated at times and type things they probably shouldn't, but this has been a re-occurring pattern with NONYA ever since he signed up here. JMO
