Not a antelope........but......

While I did not get close enough to a antelope for a shot with my bow I did manage to find this. At first thought it was a piece of wood, but since there is not a tree for 50 miles in either direction...I thought better of it. My buddy cousin said his Dad had once told him that the last buffalo was killed in the area in early 1900's if I heard him correctly!! just gotta figure out what to do with it know.

WOW!!! Truly unique find, that's awesome Highlander! Thanks for sharing it with us. As far as figuring out what to do with it I know I'd be keeping that one on display somewhere in the house for sure if it were me!

Cool find, I have found a few old buffalo parts, all in the sides or bottoms of washes.

Very cool! I found something very similar while hunting a few years back, but it ended up coming from a range cow..... Either way it's very old and very cool!
