have any of you been out to east part of area 10 here in nv. scouting.

no i am guessing you have a deer tag?, i dont know i have never been there.

I used to hunt the East Humbolts in the Secret Pass area. Most of the low ground is private but there are forest service access trails to the high country where you want to hunt. I killed some good bucks in that area. You might want to look in to some trespass access as there used to be ranches that would sell you a tresspass permit for a resonable fee. Mind you that was when I hunted the area in the 70's & 80's. Hope that helps.
