NV Late Cow Hunt

Went out on friday morning for the opening of the late cow season in area 7 in NV tagged out early. We saw 20+ bulls and over a hundred cows. Its great to see the numbers of elk. Area 7 seems to be a "sleeper" unit in NV and I think in the next few years will be the best area in the state of NV. NDOW has given way too many tags out for Ely and seemed to have shot this unit out, there are still big bulls in this unit but the number of tags given here is way to high.
