Oklahoma Opening Day

I shot this deer after 10 and a half hours on stand. The rut is in full swing. He has 7 points on the left and 6 on the right. He has an inside spread of 19 1/2 inches and 24" main beams. Unlucky 13??? He has a triple split g2 on the left and a double g2 on the right. we rough scored him at 155" gross. This is my best whitetail after 32 years of hunting. It took awhile zzz

What a great looking buck! Congrats man! I can't even imagine spending 10 hours in a stand, seems like it paid off though. Job well done

Great buck! I need to get me a whitey like that one day (yeah, right!) to go along one of the muleys I have over my fireplace. Congrats on a real bruizer!

Thanks for the comments. My taxidermy bill is going to be fairly high after the season ends. The lifesize bear, the Arizona muley and this buck too. Also getting a Kaibab Squirrel and a Canvasback drake mounted. I like looking at the mounts...it brings back all the memories of the places I've been blessed to go to and the hunts I've been on.

I think that having a large taxidermy bill is a good thing. I wish I had that problem this year! lol
