P90X (Have you tried it)

Oh my _______________(insert any word you want).

My wife and I just started P90X, hopfully we will make it through the whole program, talk about a kick in the pants. It is freaking killing me. That is what I get for sitting behind this dang computer all day though. So it will be good for me. I can't hurt for getting into a little better shape for the hunts as well.

Have any of you guys done this program?

Personally I have never tried. I did however have a friend that started on it and made it to 60 days.. He got ripped from it and then quit. from what I hear though, youre right its VERY INTENSE training.

I know a guy that did the 90 day program it took him 107 days to get in good enough shape to do the 90 day part without resting but he lost 50 pounds and got pretty ripped doing it. He is in excellent shape now and still does the program a couple days a week just to maintain his new self.

He also went on a strict diet of only water to drink and protein 6 oz and vegetables 4 oz cooked or 8 oz raw per meal weighing out every portion to the exact ounce. The weight seriously just fell off of him, but that’s not to say he hated the workout for the first 6 weeks or so.

Keep it up DeadI you will NOT regret it come fall.

This gets me thinking. Maybe we should have a fat man contest just for fun, no prizes, just to see who could drop the most weight before archery season.

i just seen a infomercial for it on tv. It seems pricey just for some dvd's but if it works i guess why not try.
