PM's - OUTBOX

Have had several questions in regards to messages being stuck in your Outbox. Here is the answer...

If a message is in your Outbox it means the user HAS NOT read it.
So it's not stuck, no error or anything. The user may not know how to check it or doesn't know you've
sent it to him. Simply means UNREAD. When he does read it, it will NOT show up in outbox anymore.
