Poached Elk

I was hunting above the city of Clear creek , Utah, on trough springs road south, by the second tower, and found a bull elk with his head cut off, If there was anyone else hunting elk up there about a week ago that might have seen something please pm me or talk to the dwr about the case. Lets get this sob.....

Man, those kinds of folks have no business being out there! I HOPE they catch em!

I have reported it, an officer has checked it out, dna bullet. There is a new drill rig that uses the road a lot to haul water, etc..Im hoping they saw something..It just makes me angry to see people who dont think its a big deal to kill an animal, and leave it... :nono: :>/

I can't believe that someone wants to cut the head off of them and let them lay and then hang the head somewhere knowing they wasted the animal and killed it illegally.

We found one in the Book Cliffs last week too, someone had actually broken off the antlers instead of taking the head or cutting them off....unbeleivable!! ](*,) :dumb :222 :nono: :>/
