Because I dislike the public shooting range where i live:
I go out to BLM that is not that far away and have a great canyon to Shoot in.
Thant being all good and well: But to zero the rifle and comfort of shooting I wanted a good stable shooting platform. lots of
them available at the stores, but i have a better idea: so I spent an afternoon building it
