Just a personal opinin or preference, but I don't care for the bow much. I like what PSE has done the last couple of years with their bows, but the X-Force just doesn't do it for me. I like the Firestorm-X much better-much soother, a lot of these new faster speed bows have a very shallow pocket on their back wall. I would not think of buying it with out shooting one first, so go to a shop that will let you shoot one. for my taste in bows there is a whole more out there I buy with 830 dollars. It will all come down to what think, so test one out and good luck!

I think you're talking about the one with the short limbs that are curved past parallel. I had some time while running a long cycle time part at work and was playing with the notion of past parallel bows like that and was playing with models. I was really tickled when I saw them and that they worked. This type of design not only is fast but actually throws the bow back into your hand because the limb comes back at you a bit when it works. I watched some guys shoot theirs but I can't draw any more than 55 pounds these days so I didn't shoot them. They are so fast the arrow hits the fall away rests and some guys are shooting them with whisker biscuits. It's a neat concept and may be the way of the future. The only rumor is they are a bit hard to tune.

I love mine. The things are crazy fast and great shooters to boot. As far as people saying you cant shoot a fall away rest on them cause they are to fast...That's not right, I use a PSE Phantom rest on mine and I've also used a TrophyTaker Pronghorn and never had any problems with mine, it's all in how you time the rest. Great bows, super fast and good customer service.

Much better off with the hoyt vectrix the pse x force is made for one thing speed and you have to have gorilla arms to pull back 70 pounds on a x force then once you get it back it wants to jump forward therefore you have to keep them gorilla arms while trying to steading in on your target without shaking trying to hold the bow back. I can think of alot of bows i would buy before this bow.

I shoot the x-force and I love it!!!!! I have shot most of the competitors and I felt the most comfortable shooting this bow. I would suggest shooting them all and then decide which one you want to shoot.

I OWN THE X-FORCE & LOVE IT. IT DOES HAVE A FAIRLY AGGRESSIVE DRAW, BUT NOT TOO BAD. X-FORCE HAS SPEED, IT'S QUITE & ACCURATE. I PROVED THAT THIS IS A GREAT BOW THIS YEAR BY HARVESTING A 380"+ BULL ELK & A NICE 4 POINT MULEY, ONE SHOT EACH. IT MAY NOT BE FOR EVERYBODY BUT IT'S THE PERFECT SETUP FOR ME.
