I've never done that before. I had to put one in the camp trailer with the a/c on until I could find a some one with a big enough freezer.

Not to make youns jealous, but my first buck I brought home looked similar to that only it had meat on its bones, and my wifey said "honey are you tired from hunting all week, you go sit down and I'll take care of that for you." And she went to cuttin' and what not and took all the meat off that buck, wrapped it in freezer paper, labeled everything, and put it all in the chest freezer. Now if you saw my wife you would not believe this because she is the pretty little petite type that usually gets disgusted by these things. She is however the same woman who dissected my iguana when it died! Maybe she's a nurse by day and a psycho serial killer that likes to hack things up by night. I don't know and I don't care! :)
