red fox advice

I'm trying to find places near cedar city that have decent red fox populations for a bit of trapping, any suggestions? I've been told there's a few up on the west side of leigh hill but id prefer to get away from the city a bit. Been lookin out by desert mound lately but all I'm finding are coyotes and jackrabbits. Any advice on sets would be appreciated as well.
