i remember now, these are made out of wood. [ i'm pretty sure] they are photoshopped on the deer head.

I'll go with the field photos are definitely fake and if the rack is made out of wood, kudos to the carpenter!

But to the OP, please don't try to pass this stuff off as real. It gets old.

I said they were made of aspen. Can't find any big enough so I make them.

If the person that did the PHOTOSHOP was as good as the wood carver, it might look real. Need to work on the PHOTOSHOP.

Now everyone will be shooting readwoods to get a bigger set carved

FYI: The guy DID say "aspen" in the original post. Of course, it could have been a bit more expressive like "I made these out of aspen."

I know I've asked this before, but these were made from a real buck correct? So do you have a photo of the actual deer? Or am I wrong?

MM, I doubt there is a real buck out there that looks like that. I realize everyone is entitled to their own opinion so here's mine. I'm not a fan of any reproduction antlers. I'd much rather see real sheds from a 170" buck mounted on a mountain mikes skull than see any reproduction or fake set. I don't mind it when someone shoots a great buck or bull and has the broken points repaired but to me that is the extent that false antlers should go. Just my humble opinion. To each their own.

Point length is based off of this buck, not really the shape. It like this buck more than mine I made scores over 300 and has one of the largest frames on record. He isn't in the record books because of a broken skull plate. Shot near St. George Utah. Pine Valley
