Region E, R or F???

Can anyone help me make a decision on which of these three regions I should choose for a 2nd choice. I have picked unit 90 for my first choice, but will probably not draw as I only have 1 pref point. I have narrowed down my search for my second choice between these three regions based on time of year the seasons start (work schedule!!!) and draw odds mainly. But have been also looking at success rates on bucks and also hunting pressure....I know, I know....the hunting pressure will not be light in any of them....but I am in half way decent shape and am willing to hunt off the beaten path and glassing for hours on end does not bother me either. Also any buck in the 160+ range will suite me just fine for my first hunt in WY and I will find my own honey holes as I go........so I just would like some general pointers on anyones past experiences in these regions. I havn't heard a lot of positive things about WY in general, but it has still got to be a ton better than my home state of Washington. Finally, I have joined the "Huntin Fool" service....so I should get some pointers there as well......I just want to exhaust all rescources I can before I commit.
Thanks

Seems to me to be a toss up. The three regions are similar. High Mountains and rough country to rolling sage plains.
Yeah, hunting Mulies in the rut would be intriguing.
I have a little hard time deciding a region or area. Guess I'll go with Region E again.
