Remarks option in PHOTO sections

Hey Brett,

Did ya finally get rid of the "comments" option in the photo sections? I noticed that some of the remarks were starting to get rather inappropriate again.

Probably the easiest way to do away with the idiotic comments.

Yea I had to remove the option of adding comments for now, I hope to add them again in the not to distant future. We were getting spammed like CRAZY lately there.

Hope to fix it, ZERO time know so had to shut it down for the moment.
