Rifle 2nd season

I got a colorado buck licence for 2nd season. I will be rifle hunting this weekend coming up. Can't wait!!! My dad is up there right now hunting elk and scouting deer for me. Last year we hunted the same place and was successful with a doe. If i do become successful, it will be my first buck. I'll keep you updated.

My dad just got back from hunting there with a friend. They didn't get a elk but got really close. Some cows were really close but there mule's wouldn't stop. So they took off. Then they seen some about 400 yards away but walkin away fastly. They could of talin 3 bulls, 1 really nice 6x6. He was scouting for this weekend deer. We both got bucks. He seen hundreds of does and only 2 bucks and both were 2x2. But this friday we are heading up there.
