Here in the Sierra Nevadas We Call That A "Spirit Buck". If you Shoot one of those deer you will have bad hunting the next five seasons. Or so the Legend goes. ENJOY THE SIGHT AND LET HIM BE !

Yes it is an albino deer. We have had a few on our reservation in washington state too. A four point just like him

This buck is what they refer to as a "Piebald" deer, not an albino. If you'll notice, his eyes/nose are still dark along with patches on his head and ears. An albino would have pink eyes and nose with no black hair. There is an example of a true albino deer in the photo section entitled "Whitetail, Blacktail, Coues Deer, Turkey, Pigs, Upland Game, etc."

i shot a albino buck when i was twelve in PA whitetail seasone. just a lil one but it is a experince but the bad luck thing is a joke the very next year i shot a 8 point with a 25 inch spread so take what you can and good luck

THIS DEER JUST PAST AWAY THIS YEAR. HE DIED OF NATURAL CAUSES IN MEEKER COLORADO.

Awesome animal it would be a sin if he was poached. This deer is an Albino but not a true albino with out pink eyes and nose. He is not a piebald deer, if he was he would have large brown blotches on him. Not just a little discolor on the ears. I have raised them so I know. If that deer was to breed a brown doe the fawn would be either white or brown. Not pied.Cross pied and brown and get pied or brown, not white. So hopefully you will see more white mule deer of his off spring. That would be cool , If they don't get shot as a yearling.
