well looks like i will be wasteing my colorado unit 44 buck and bull tags this year not to happy bout it but cant find a way to get up the mountain from Colorado Springs oh well it happens right?

since the 15th of september and if i could i would get up there for a weekend it sucks i got a really good tag trophy uinit for mule deer and i cant even use it

 Their off of Garden of the gods, East of I-25. You must turn it in before your season starts. Don't ask for a refund, tell them you only want your points back. Ask them also to print you out something showing you came in, turned in your tag, etc.

Sorry to hear you aren't hunting. My wife hurt her foot and had to turn in her Colorado Archery Buck tag. They let you do it before the season starts. She got her money back for the tag but she didn't get to keep her points.

Yes, you can turn the tag in, as long as you do it before the season starts. I'm just reading this now, so you don't have much time to do it before tomorrow. You must do it at a DOW office, and you can either get your points back, or a refund....not both.

me to i just arrived in gypsum 2 hours ago barly made it i drove from co springs to gypsum with under a half a tank of gas in my truck haha but by golly im here ready to hunt in the am
