Same buck for 3 years

We Never found this guy during the hunt until this year. Ridgetop and IDhunter found his hidey-hole. Hope we can do something about it.

I think I saw that buck yesterday! It's amazing how big he looks next to a 24" 160 class buck.

I think he would make the 180" mark.

Pretty buck! He must be a sneaky one...hopefully someone can knock him down this year. Ridgetop, what do you think he'll score? Looks like he ought to make the 180" mark to me....

ha ha, nevermind....you were writing at the same time I was. I'll never argue with you that he won't make 180".

That is a awesome post! It is really cool to see him grow from year to year. It is also interesting to see how much the picture angle or buck pose seems to change what I would guess score.
Thanks for posting it

WOW.....knock him down!

I think the easy thing was finding him. This buck lives in some nasty, steep, thick country. He also is smart enough to run through any opening with light in it just to stay in the shadows. I guess they don't get big for no reason :) .

The dates on the pictures are accurate although the times are not. Funny how different camera angles can change how big he looks. He is definitely bigger this year than last but I think he only has a couple years left.

In the pictures, his body looks fairly small but when I saw him on Sunday he was completely gray and I would guess 75-100 lbs. heavier bodied than the bucks around him.

Agreed after looking again, he will easily make over 180" IMO.

That is just plian awesome to have three years of trail cam photos of the same buck. Now all you need is a harvest photo to supplement. Good luck on going after a great buck.

Yes that's him, or at least I think that is him. Looks identical to the trail cam photos to me.

Yep, that's him. Scott and I ran into Isaac several times on the hill while hunting this buck. Isaac certainly put in his time going after him. Corby (Sawtooth) and I have spent a lot of time filming/scouting this buck so I am glad to see the buck go to someone who Earned it. Looks like I am going to have to find a new avatar...... :))

The good news is that we saw several other bucks that you could talk me into shooting. :thumb

I put in close to 20-30 days hunting and scouting this year. Saw this buck a few times on the hill He always made an impression. The one thing that gets guys on the front when it comes to scoring is those big heads and huge bodies. They always make their horns look smaller.
