SE Oregeon Mule Deer

Just looking for some help on where to start looking, anyone hunted the area? I've been Archery hunting in the Murderers Cr. unit with limited success, and have always wanted to hunt the wide-open desert habitat. Any advice would be appreciated.

Which unit Stone?

In the 60s we hunted Interstate with some success.

Hitch, It's the East Whitehorse unit. I've heard the area around the reservation/ Nevada border is a good area to try, but with limited scouting time, I thought I would try to get some more info online to help expedite the Scouting effort. It's a lot of area to glass during a short hunt.
