Short Circuiting the 2nd Amendment

I think that the article is wrong, the new ATFE "emergency" regulation applies to the whole U.S. A regulation can not apply to just some an not others. Some liberal media staff writer wants it to appear "reasonable".

And the "emergency" regulation is being put into effect by bureaucratic fiat, not an act of Congress. The Obama administration is usurping the power of Congress. That in itself is enough to be against the "emergency" regulation.

And the whole emergency is a fraud. ATFE and the Obama Administration (and everyone else in Law Enforcement) knows that the cartels' firearms in Mexico are fully automatic, and come from China. The drug cartels buy fully automatic firearms from China, and smuggle them (along with their cocaine paste) up through South America to Mexico.

So what is the ATFE and Cass Sunstein really up to? They are trying to set a precedent in American law that creating regulations in this manner is a legitimate power of the bureaucracy. Remember Rohm Emmanual said "Never waste a good emergency.

The firearms (they do use semi autos) that are going south from Az there has been little or no effort to stop so far. We watch legal mexicans buy for illegals all the time and the feds don't care or they would catch one now and then. They will wander around and make a list and give it to their girl or friend or the buyer is on the phone while they are at the counter. Hard to prove and enforce. The new law will not help in the least because the guns will be gone by the time the feds know about it. They really can't prove a crime was committed in the first place if the guns move quickly and oops they told them what they intend to do so they can get around it. This is just a test to see if this flies and then they can just emergncy regulate firearms out of existence. Time to join your local militia boys and girls.
