Skinny Barrel on a .22-250?

I am thinking about getting a skinny barreled .22-250. Are they as accurate as the bull barrel ones?

JBird, they will be for the first few shots and then the barrel will heat up. I personally like the bull barrel for prairie dog hunting, so I can shoot a lot of shots, one after another without the barrel over heating. For coyote hunting, the bull barrel will be heavy to lug around but if the extra weight doesn't bother you, it might be a good choice, especially if you plan on doing some whistle pig hunting.

I don't like to hunt coyotes with a bull barrel as they are too heavy for off hand shots. Sometimes an off-hand shot is what you'll get. I have a bull-barrel 22-250 and shoot a lot of prairie dogs with it from a bipod but I will choose a hunting-weight rifle for coyote hunting every time.

come on man! be a man! :)) i see your point though, i hate packing heavy guns around. i have this friend who says iam weird for liking light guns because they are harder to hold steady.
