Sleeping bag suggestions - HELP

My brother is interested in getting a new sleeping bag. He would like some help in determining the bag to get he has narrowed it down to these 5 and would like to know what you guys think of them good and bad. By the way he is 6' tall and weighs 175 if that makes any difference.
Down bags:
1- Marmot pinnacle 15 deg
2- Northface blue kazoo 15 deg
Synthetic bags:
1- Northface cats meow 20 deg
2- Marmot trestles 15 deg
3- Big agnes encampment 15 deg

Marmot for sure. I have one that is rated at 0 degrees. It is 90" long I am 5'10" 185lbs and fits me great with lots of room still left for a set of clean clothes for the morning. I've used it at 8 degrees and still stayed warm. With a compression bag I can smash it down into an 8 inch ball.

I love my Marmot. I will only purchase down bags at this point. They are much lighter, compress smaller,last longer, and ounce for ounce are warmer than synthetic. I use Snow Seal brand DWR on them, and during hunting season I use a GORE TEX bivi sac as well.

I also only use Down bags. I have never had much luck with the synthetics, and we deal with a lot of moisture up here in the Northwest but I have never had too much trouble keeping them dry.
