WELL, IT'S BEEN 3 YEARS SINCE I'VE CONNECTED. SO, AFTER SEEING SMALL BUCK AFTER SMALL BUCK THIS YEAR, I DECIDED TO FILL MY TAG ON THE LAST DAY OF THE SEASON AND REFURBISH THE FREEZER WITH SOME TABLE FARE. MAYBE NEXT YEAR I CAN HOOK UP WITH ONE OF THE BIG BOYS.

I know how you feel, as it has been a few years for me too. Matter of fact my church was doing a thanksgiving feast and wanted some original food ie venison and Hiker let em down. I didn't have one piece of deer in my freezer so I gave them some elk and antelope as a substitute. Thankfully if they need some next thanksgiving, I'll have it for them. :)

Way to go LIVE2HUNT, it always feels good to fill a tag. As for myself, if I don't quit shooting overneath them, I'm going to have to find a good recipie for tag sandwich. Congrats again!!!

since i have taken up bow hunting i take a md doe every year,i love hunting MD and this allows me an extra 45 days of hunting!

just killing an animal with a bow is awesome. i ended up with a forky on the last day.
i missed my fair share of big ones though,so i cant complain about it.
