Same thing down here in ephraim, woke up this morning and saw the mountains all white! I'm headed up to my nightly fishin hole in a minute, it'll be a cold one for a september night!

hahah - I don't mean to laugh but you made me so depressed 270 and I guess that's my personalized method of coping with depression... After reading your post I looked at your info. to see where you were from and it says "anywhere but here".

Where on earth have you moved to and why does it suck so bad? haha, i'm sorry for ya bro.

I moved in Vegas (enough said! haha) .. I got my first teaching job and the pay is pretty good and I get free rent.. #-o so it's my own fault.. but I miss Utah!!

yeah vegas would be a tough place to live, haha.. My whole moms side lives in vegas, freakin city people #-o

But i'll tell ya, there is that park in boulder where you can see those desert bighorns come kinda close to the road and park. I've even seen em right down in the park sometimes! and you do have lake mead, go getcha some bassies or somethin fun like that :) .

well anyways, good luck, i feel for ya, and as a final note - i'd just like to ask of you that you don't turn TOO greenie and city on us [-o<

Now get off the internet and go win the lotto or somethin!!!

and don't worry! I won't ever turn into a greenie!! it's killing me to be here! didn't think it would be this bad... but then i've been too busy to get out and enjoy nature.. or to find some nature! and there is a whole different kind of "wildlife" down here!  HAHA that's funny.. but true!!

it snowed the other day in the mountains here.. another storm is a brewin' as we speak.. don't know if it's rain or snow.. can't trust the weatherperson! :)

Dang Lifetime, hatein' on the weatherman?! Ya know, I'm a certified forecaster...and I can tell ya "It's not an exact science!"..LOL. That's the excuse I use when I mess up the forecast anyway!
(I do meteorology and oceanography in the Navy)

Of course, it's not so bad. I only have to be right 75% of the time to keep my certification! How many other jobs can say that?!

LOL....man Lifetime, ya can't be thin-skinned and be a forecaster! I've heard it all before and take nothing to heart.

As for the wizard's robe and crystal ball....I've tried them both but have found that chicken bones and witch's brew are much more effective!

I had a Commanding Officer ask me once if I could drum up some nicer weather because it was severly impacting operations. I told him "Sir, sorry I can't help ya. I'm in advertisement, not production!". He laughed so hard he nearly fell out of the Captain's chair!

If ya can't laugh at yourself, who can ya laugh at?!?!
