Got these pics in an email today. Hope I don't tick someone off for posting them, but they are to good to not share, Some really good looking bucks. Sorry I have no Idea on the story behind them or who the lucky hunters are. Congrats to them on some fine looking animals.

Well I can tell ya'll one thing for sure... That top buck is most likely from Bennett Mountain (unit 45) in south central Idaho. That's Steve Alderman, the "Lowland Mulies" guy. I guarantee that that buck is from that exact hunt as he is known for pulling some real hawgs outta that country.

to answer my own question, yes. Oct 1- 14th there are 30 tags available for controlled hunt.

Goodness gracious, great balls of fire. Those are AWESOME!! I think the middle guy just killed my DREAM buck. That thing has more MASS than the others put together.

His buck is amazing, he has really put some MONSTERS down lately.

And I'm pretty sure that the rest of those bucks came out of the Wind River Wilderness in WY. I had no idea there was quality bucks like that in that region of Wy, generally all you hear about is the Grey's River.

Yeah that top pic is from the bennett mnts region. I cant see how he gets those tags almost every year. He must be in good with some landowners. None the less he's taken some real pigs, but has put in the time!!
