Some pictures from my new camera.

Here are three pictures that I took while out trying to find some elk.

Our states general elk rifle season is from Oct. 7th to Oct. 15th. So these pictures were from the opening weekend. This is the wifes hunt. It's funny cause this is the same area that I run my trail cameras in all summer and all that I can get pictures of are elk. When we got up there to hunt it was later in the day cause we made friends with a disabled vet earlier this year and it took a little extra preperation to get everything squared away. I got him and the wife set up so that they could shoot the elk when I pushed the elk past them. I hiked and hiked and saw lots of deer but I didn't even cut one elk track. #-o The waeird thig was that we were hunting up in a place called Strawberry Valley and this is where most of the people go to hunt elk and I didn't even hear a shot fired all afternoon.
???

I picked my camera up at Best Buy. It's a HP Photosmart R927. It only cost me $250. Which is half of what I had planned on. =D>
