Southern Utah Bowhunting

I grew up hunting the hills of southern Utah. However, I have been away for quite a while now serving in the military. This year I've decided to return home and do some bowhunting. I will have about a week to hunt and am looking for an opportunity at a decent buck. Does anybody have any suggestions where to go? I will be staying in the St. George area. Any help would be gratefully received. I had planned a trip last year and it fell through at the last minute. I am excited for the chance to get back in the hills that I love.

Welcome to MuleyMadness!

Here is another thread just recently started about Southern Utah...

If you grew up here hunting Southern Utah then you know there is plenty of areas to hunt. The amount of archers in the field down here has increased DRAMATICALLY over the last several years, to the point of being ridiculous in my opinion. Enterprise area is one of your best bets, deer are in several areas but pretty scattered. With no rain this year/summer a watering hole may work perfect.
