Speedgoat Questions

Let me start off by saying I've never hunted antelope, but I am really looking forward to start. I work for Union Pacific railroad and one of my runs I was on was to green river wyoming, and of course I saw a ton of speedgoats and a few bucks that looked pretty big to me, once again I don't know exactly what to look for when I see one. Here is my question, does anyone know if I can go buy a tag for next year over the counter, or do they have a draw for the area in between evanston and green river wyoming. I tried to look at their DWR site, but didn't really find the answers I wanted. Also does anyone know a good spot to try to put in for a Utah speedgoat tag. Thanks in advance if anyone can help me out, i'm willing to do my homework so I know what a good buck would be from a average one, and do a ton of scouting. I just don't know where to begin, thanks again if anyone can help.

Good Luck.
I'm in the same boat. I've been putting in for deer for awhile now but would also like to chase some of these limited entry elk that they have around here. So should I just put in for the bookcliffs which I know that I can draw of stick with the Henery Mountians that will still take years to draw?
