I'll hold my prediction until after this weekend. Have to see how the Saints, Colts and Vikings do first.

I'm a die hard Vikings fan. A few weeks ago I thought the Vikings were the best team. Now :-k after seeing what Warner and the Cards did to them and seeing what Romo did the the Eagles. Same type of offense except Dallas has a much better run game. So it will be the Cowboys and Colts. ](*,)

My preseason prediction was Saints vs. Colts, I'm gonna stick with that... not sure about the winner though. I'm leaning toward Indy but who knows.

FYI I'm a Seahawks season ticket holder and I don't like the Pete Carroll thing at all.

Man I tell you WHAT!
The Vikings brought their best game! trounsed the "boys" in every way.
Do that a couple more times and we have CHAMPS. =D>

After this weekend, I'll say the Saints and the Colts. I'll be pulling for the Saints if they make it. If not, I'll pull for which ever team from the AFC makes it.

AFC: colts, jets shouldn't be there, but it is ironic that the colts are the reason their in, now they have to play em??

NFC: the better game of the weekend, i'm pulling for the saints by a little, but either team will be worth watching in the super bowl.

SUPERBOWL: colts beat the saints by 10 in a LOW scoring game???

I'm a die hard COLTS fan! Manning and Company will win the AFC and play the Vikings in the Superbowl. It will be a close game, but the Colts come out on top. :thumb

Colts VS Saints... my vote is Saints will win it.

Ok new question, why is the Probowl before the Superbowl?!

Colts got this one, Peyton needs one more to cement his Hall of Fame career, the guy is surgical with the football. Give him two weeks to prepare for the Saints...I think he will get his second trophy.

Saints is my vote too... They decided to put the pro bowl before the Super bowl for a couple of reasons.

1. To get more people to watch, they had the lowest rated "all-star" game in professional sports.

B. It fills the only empty weekend in their schedule.

The Super Bowl is the end of the football season for almost all NFL fans.
TV ratings, it's expected fans will watch the Pro Bowl if it is before the Super Bowl.

The last pass Favre threw as a packer was the last pass of a championship to lose, now his last pass as a Viking, same thing. Although there were a few single plays that if changed would have made a Viking victory.
The heartbreaker was Longwell would have made the 52 yarder. Then the 12 men in the huddle, that NEVER happens.
And even a field goal after the Saints turnover just before half.
Oh well I'll get over it eventually.
The Vikings have the better team in every way except to hang onto the ball.
Vikes have the personnel to win it all next year.

I don't think Brett will be back. Sure he will physically be able to.
See his Wife during the game? It was killing her. Brett will now put family first.
Been fun Brett, THANKS!

i'd say this year for brett farve was a sucsess. way better IMO than his run as a jet. to bad it ended that way. i bet one the saints to win [ just 5 bucks] but i found myself kinda hopeing he would win the game. to bad all the fumbles and even his 2 int's. in one way i think he should retire - it was a great run for him but you could tell that game was taking it's toll on him. BUT they are so close that maybe next year it would be different.

as far as who will win the superbowl??? i dont think the saints can play with the colts. the colts looked pretty good. in 20 yrs , i think we will look back at peyton manning right now and see that we are watching the best qb to play the game.[ thats a bold statement from a John Elway fan!!!] but he is playing coach and qb on the field. the guy is awsome!

If the Saints play like they did against the Cards, no one can beat them. If they play like the did against the Vikings, the Colts will wipe the floor with them.

Just depends on which Saints team shows up. I'll be pulling for them either way. Two weeks to prepare and heal up seemed to help them out before.

Very simple. The NFL is a money hungry organization and believes they own the rights. Saints fans having been saying, "Who dat" for years and many shirts, ball caps, sweatshirts, etc have had this saying on them. Now that the Saints are going to the SB and everything black and gold is selling out faster than the stores can keep them stocked, the NFL still wants more money by claiming the own the trademark on the slogan.

Pure greed, plain and simple.

Makes sense... tickets, beers, jersey's, parking, food, etc. must not be profitable enough at those low prices. They gotta make a buck somehow.
