You know it may be because I have had 2 hours of sleep but it looks ok to me actually. If I am wrong someone please point out the things that are wrong with it, either that or I will read it when I have more time.

I buy a combo license every year, so for me it's no big deal. I hope that it will discourage some people from putting in to help me draw my LE Elk tag sooner than later. hehehehehehe

It looks like it's much like Washington's draw now (At least that's what it looks like to me...but then again, I am not the smartest man in the world).

To enter our drawing, you must already have a valid WA hunting license. If your putting in for a deer or elk draw you must ALSO have a general over-the-counter tag for that animal. For moose, sheep, and goat you just need a license.

I wish other states non-resident license was only $65. I'm happy to see the gen. elk tag go down too.

No big surprises. Just changed the name from small game license to hunting license and applied it across the board. Not sure it will have any impact on LE hunts though.
