Thats just a way sad deal. I had heard it on the radio a few days ago but they said he was accidentally shot by his father. Either way that's just too bad.
Sometimes i get a little worried about what kind of people are on the mountain with me while i'm hunting, and who might be stupid enough to use their gun scope to look at me or other hunters instead of using binoculars or a spotting scope. Honestly it could happen to any of us. I'm sure every one of us at one time or another has come into view in another hunters gun scope. Probably more times than any of us would like to know.
