texas hog hunts

A couple buddies and myself are planning on hunting hogs in Texas this upcoming spring or fall and I was wondering what blue-collar hog hunts some of you guys have done. We haven't decided whether to do just straight hogs or hunt something like goats too, if some of you have done them lets hear what you did. I wanna take my bow and my buddies will probably be taking their rifles
