Thank You Colorado

The Last two years I have traveled from my home in Pennsylvania to Colorado to hunt on Muleys on public land.
My wife and I drive out and she stays in the camper while I hunt.
Those two trips were the two best vacations of my life.

I hope these photo's come through

Country Nate,

Great job. Those are some nice bucks. I know how you feel about going to Colorado for a vacation. I got to go a couple of years ago and was fortunate enough to harvest a small five point elk. So far it has been the best hunt that I've been on.

Thanks for all of the positive responses.

The quick story version of these two bucks. The one in 2005 was in a unit that was open enough to "spot and stalk." That was very enjoyable as I saw 150+ bucks every day. Got this buck on the last day as I was putting the sneek on another buck. Lady luck was on my side.

The 2006 buck was in a unit with heavy timber. My strategy was still hunting. I arrowed the buck on the fourth day.

On both of these trips I saw many nice bucks and missed a couple before connecting. Colorado is awsome!!!!!

I live in near Harmony PA. It is between Pittsburgh and Erie.
