The 4th at the Gorge

We spent all last week at Flaming Gorge for the 4th and I have forgot how awesome this place is.

Here is where we hung out alot with the kids, we would pack lunch and just hang out for hours at the rope swing and then venture up lake.

It is amazing how clear the water is.

Then the Beautiful Green.

We had 24 of us so we were in three different rafts..... what a blast many water fights the whole way down.

I have fallen in that very water you guys were rafting down. Without a doubt the coldest water I have ever been in, except for the time I fell through the ice duck hunting.

Cool pics...looks like a blast. Didn't ya do any fishing? I can't imagine floating the green without dropping a line. I have been down that river a time or two in a drift boat.

 One of my buddies that was with us, his father-in-law (lives in Manilla) came out every morning and took 6 people (mostly the kids) out every morning and we had some good fish fry.

The boys forgot there poles when we went on the Green. But we saw alot just swimming around us

Looks like a blast!

We used to spend pur summer there..I miss the good old times.

Ill have to dig through our pictures of the macs I caught. (They were big enough to swallow me whole!)

Looks like COMPLETE FUN!! How high is the cliff in the first jump. Looks high, but that rope looks way cool!

I'm a little jealous now. :)
