the other pictures from my deer line

I have often complained about the deer herd being squeezed by the ever growing elk numbers.
Here are some of the ones that showed up this year as I searched for deer.

I have a few canyons that are so steep and thick that up until now I have never seen elk or cattle in them. It looks like that is changing. And I'm not sure it's for the best.

ya know if your gettin a little too sick of em id be GLAD GLAD GLAD!! to come clear that boy outa your secret steep canyon for ya!! Ill bet I could find 30 or 40 people to come along with me too, we'll rid all of em for ya if youd like.. you know, strictly as a favor for a friend

This is a draw only unit.(Pahvant) and with the odds and the stupid way Utah runs it's points system a guy is real lucky if he can draw a tag once in his life time. although some guys have had 2 or even 3 trys at it. More proof that the draw is rigged If you guys ever draw this unit for elk let me know and I'll show you some places to start looking. Later Treetop
