TSC Holsters

Anyone had any dealings with this company out of Arizona? I ordered a holster from them back on May 20th. I didn't recieve and order confirmation, so I emailed the next day making sure they recieved the order. I recieved an email saying they were sorry, they somehow deleted the order email and that my holster was about 4 weeks out so please be patient. I waited the 4 weeks patiently and then emailed for status again. I got nothing. 3 more times I emailed for status with no response. I have called 3 times as well and only gotten a voicemail. The last time I called and asked for my money back because it's jsut getting to be a rediculous waste of my time and I'll just buy a different holster locally. Still no response and Paypal wont return the money after 45 days. I have also threatened to report them to the BBB. Nothing gets a response.

Has anyone had any dealings with this company? Is this normal for them? I hate to be a jerk, but I hate even more for people to take my money. I dont have $60 to just throw at them and walk away. What options do I have other than walking away, or taking them to small claims court?

I am just frustrated beyond belief and any help would be appreciated.
