I watched a show on tv the other day about how to get poachers caught. It is a reall cool idea.:to start with they take a real animal and mount it then take it to some sort of specialist to wire it. after wireing it, they get a remote control to make it to where its head can turn and they can make it bed and suff.
then they take a whole bunch of these including: elk , deer, bear, antelope etc. to the mountain put them under trees and stuff like that. [they can also make them walk] Then leave them out there for a couple nights and days maybe longer.
then if theres any bullet holes an arrow stickin' in it sumpin like that they can take fingerprints and stuff like that.
then go from there.
very cool idea they had here by the f&g department! hope they catch the people who do it!

1) They busted a state trooper here in WA who pulled over, took his hunting rifle out of the back of his squad car (Yes, he was on duty and in full uniform), and emptied his clip at it. Whe he realized it was a decoy he jumped in hiss squad car and tried to make a get-away....no luck!
2) A fella in Virginia I think it was (I posted this story a while back) spotted what he THOUGHT was a real buck in a field next to the road. Now most road hunters stop, shoot, and flee. However, this guy stepped on the gas, turned into the field, and RAN OVER the decoy! The game department watched the whole incident and busted him on the spot!
