UNIT 2B NEW MEXICO

Hello Everyone,
I drew a deer tag in unit 2b, november 6-10 for mule deer in new mexico.
I am driving all the way from michigan by myself.
Any help on what region of this unit to begin scouting would be greatly appreciated.

find rosa road on the map go north about 10 mi or so should see deer along the way in look for roads down to the lake alot will be locked you have to walk in. deer should start coming in from colo as it snowed this weekend. you can go in a long ways almost to the colc line might be a lot of mud and some bad roads in there so dont get stuck.lotsa oill field roads in there so alot of road hunters check out the brushe conyons even short one along the roads some big bucks lay at heads of them work hard and you will find them good luck
