Unit 37 new mexico

Well nearly 2 weeks left til my new mexico rifle deer hunt on unit 37, Getting really excited! first time hunting new mex and cant wait!!
just wondering if anyone has been down on the unit recently and wondered how it was. Any pointers you may want to share would be nice too!
Im hoping for a stab at a 160+ buck but wont pass on a smaller one that gets the heart pumping.
Anyway if you have any stories or pics of unit 37 please share i am so eager.
I think we will be hunting NE of capitan toward Capitan PK.
Havent rifle hunted in a long time been stuck on archery. Really kind of excited for a rifle hunt for a change!

hunting has been slow here in NM. If Carrizozzo is in your unit go there My father has killed some big bucks in there as far as Capitan never been there but find water if you can and post up. Hope you get that 160 that would be awesome. havent been to this area in years but have been wanting to go back if you go to Ancho it used to be good its near white oaks it's thicker than you no what I would find the sign and post up it's way to thick to put s stock on game in there. hope this helps good luck.
