unit 47 CO second rifle tips

Late decision upon redeploying from iraq soon. Considering buying a land owner tag in unit 47 second rifle. i know, I should have applied. Never been to Aspen, any pointers from anyone on where to start in that unit? I'm a simply p-nuts with this idea?

Does the landowner tag give you the ability to hunt 43 and 471 too?

I believe the tags be good for 47 and 43, still waiting from a reply from landowner. I think the tags are associated with land in 43 most likely.
